PIV Credentials are being issued from Managed Services or From Central Agency PIV Issuing Authorities.  Physical Access Systems are often Local, Campus Centric or at Regional Centers.  Enrollment and Authorization in these decentralized systems can be effectively managed through systems that Roy Hayes and Cornelius Grady demonstrates.

PIV Credentials are being deployed to every Government Employee and Contractor, to First Responders, to Transportation Works and Port Workers throughout the United States.
