The New Border is in the Clouds!

As is true today in Subdivisions, Farming and Most Ranching Operations, good Fences Make Good Neighbors.  Fences around swimming pools keeps children safe.  Fences marked around Military Bases keep hikers from accidentally walking onto a firing range.  Access to neighbors is usually through knocking on the front door.  Access to the clouds is open to every one, good and bad player alike.  When you are in the clouds how do you know who is a good player and who is a bad player?  What is a good site and what is a bogus site?  When completing a business transaction, did you really complete a business transaction?  How do you know?  The New Border is in the Clouds and it is Time for Us to Step Up to the Plate and Deploy Infrastructure to Protect our Borders.  The Government Smart Card Interoperability Advisory Board has answered this question and is building infrastructure for Government Employees and Contractors.  First Responders are building their infrastructure.  What about our Citizens?
